INTEGRATED MASTER SCHEDULER

The Integrated Master Scheduler is responsible for monitoring team performance against schedule goals for work packages within the program. Identifies and analyzes variances from program performance goals. Uses the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) in reporting performance against an established baseline and recommends corrective actions.The successful candidate is also responsible for setup of tasks and sub tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of project contract requirements as scheduled. Design and develop integrated master schedules and sub project schedules using MS Project. Review project scope and produce preliminary schedule(s), assist with estimates, and maintain all new information into a MS Project schedule and provide reports for coordination and reporting purposes to the Project Manager and Team Leads.
Responsibilities
- Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
- Performs schedule reviews to ensure effective and efficient best practices for scheduling are utilized. Diplomatically communicates review comments to the project team.
- Participates in all phases of the project lifecycle planning & scheduling process, including the creation of proposal schedules, baseline schedule and ongoing schedule updates.
- Familiar with Primavera and MS Project scheduling software.
- Assists with the development of best practices for TYBRAM planning and scheduling efforts.
Requirements
- Must have an active SECRET (or higher) Security Clearance.
- Earned Value Management (EVM) Experience.
- 5+ years project planning and scheduling experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, and high-output environment.
- Experience monitoring end-to-end project life cycles of product design, development, and implementation.
- Ability to communicate effectively and promptly at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage projects by reporting status, tracking delays, and making required adjustments.
- Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, MS Office Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel).
- Conducts detailed critical path analysis for problem projects and root cause analysis for issues.
