TYBRAM  provides a training solution for all sizes of companies. We use a new innovative approach, which focusing on the Successive Approximation Model (SAM) for the development of training programs. Sam is an Agile Instructional Systems Design model that has been introduced as an alternative to ADDIE that also emphasizes collaboration, efficiency and repetition.

With SAM, your project starts at performance so that you end with performance. We focus on learner experiences, engagement, and motivation over content organization, presentation of information and post-tests. TYBRAM project team always remains flexibility to ensure we meet our customers training needs. SAM provides options, strategies, and tools for our teams to be successful.

SAM starts with the preparation phase—where you gather information and get all the background knowledge. This phase begins with the Savvy Start, an initial collaborative brainstorm session to establish the project foundation. The Savvy Start focuses will serve as a project kickoff meeting. Throughout the Savvy Start and Iterative Design Phase, our team will be rotating through design, prototype, and review. This is intended to be a very quick phase.

Iterative Design:

In this phase, the cyclical model with three iterations of design, prototype, and review. In this phase we include all parties to ensure we capture all ideas and define the training goals. We will also discuss the prototyped, and further define the training timeline. TYBRAM main goal is to ensure the customer has a training product they our comfortable using and to ensure we our meeting all of your training needs.

Iterative Development:

In the Iterative Development Phase we will work through development, implementation, and evaluation together. The project will start with a design proof, move to Alpha evolve into Beta, and finalize into Gold. TYBRAM will continually analyze and evaluate throughout the process to ensure we our meeting your training needs. At any point if a change needs to occur, we can implement the quickly and efficiently to limit any risk going over budget or time.
